Microphone and audio

The tuner and Vocal range ask for microphone permission only when you enable it. Audio is analyzed in your browser, not recorded or uploaded by Fartguitar. Stop the microphone or leave the page to release access.

Vocal range

Your captured vocal range stays in the current page session. It is not uploaded. You can download a range card; leaving or reloading the page clears the range.

Practice and notes

Practice history and songwriting notes are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not synced to a server. Clearing site data removes them. You can delete individual practice entries or export history in the practice room.

Ads and analytics

This version does not include advertising scripts or analytics trackers. If advertising is added, this page and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are enabled.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Opening Ko-fi takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy policy. Payments are processed there; Fartguitar does not receive your card details.
